NO! We believe in only recommending the services and repairs that you actually need. No one under our roof benefits from upselling. You can rest assured that your best interest is always in mind.
How long will it take to complete the repairs?
We know you are busy and need your car back on time, therefore, we make every attempt to complete scheduled repairs on the same day. For larger projects, we provide an estimated date of completion allowing you to plan accordingly.
Do I need an appointment for a repair?
We generally run on an appointment-based schedule; however, we know that life happens and emergencies are inevitable. We do offer same-day service when possible and encourage you to give us a call if you find yourself in a bind.
How much will it cost?
We will provide you with a detailed estimate up-front. If during the repair our technicians identify a potential complication, we will inform you immediately and will not complete any additional work without prior approval.
