How long will it take to complete the repairs?

We try to complete most repairs the same day when scheduled. If this is not possible, we will let you know as soon as possible so you can plan accordingly. 

How much will it cost?

We will provide you a detailed estimate up-front.  If an unforeseen circumstance occurs, you will be the first to know!

My car is running rough. Do I need a tune-up?

Possibly.  We always recommend having your vehicle professionally diagnosed by us so it can be fixed right, the first time.

Is there a charge to check out my car?

Yes.  Our technicians will accurately diagnose your vehicle, the first time!

Do I need an appointment for a repair?

We generally run on an appointment based schedule.  There's always a possibility that someone cancelled their appointment and we may be able to squeeze you in!  Call us to find out!

What credit cards do you take?

We accept all major credit cards.

Why does my car need maintenance if it's running fine?
Regular maintenance of your vehicle protects your investment, helps to prevent breakdowns, and will save you on the cost of repairs in the future.
What will happen if I don't have the repairs done right now?

We will let you know our thoughts on the order the repairs should be made in and the approximate time line you have to complete those repairs.  

What Should I Do When My Check Engine Lights Come On?

Don't ignore it!  It may be something minor, or it could be a major issue.  We always recommend having your Check Engine Light professionally diagnosed. 

How Often Should I Have My Brakes Checked?

We will check your brakes every time your vehicle is in for a service.  At the minimum, brakes should be checked twice a year, or every other oil change.

What Type of Oil Filter Do I Need?

We always recommend an Original Equiptment or equivalent filter.

Do I Really Need Winter Tires?

They're strongly recommend for our climate.
